Deadline for copy is the first of the month, one month prior to issue requested; for example, June 1 for the July issue. Late insertions accepted as space is avaiulable.
For blind-box service add $25.00 to cover postage and handling. Classified-display ads are $67.00 per column inch. No agency or cash discount allowed. All classified ads are prepaid unless credit is approved by publisher.

| ADVERTISING GUIDELINES |
| |
MATERIAL SUBMISSION: IBI is printed offset, computer-to-plate (CTP). All ads must be submitted in digital format according to IBI’s digital submission guidelines, which may be downloaded at Ad Submission Requirements. Ads requiring electronic typesetting or technical work must either be resubmitted or, with the approval of the client, will be altered by IBI; all such ads will be billed accordingly.
All ads must be submitted with laser proof for 1-color ads and a full-color matchprint for 4-color ads. Otherwise, proofs will be created and billed at $40 per ad.
PRODUCTION CHARGES: All production services will be billed at publisher’s costs. Please request quotes in advance.
BLEED: No charge for bleed on any advertisement 1/2 page or larger, black and white or color.
INSERTS AND OUTSERTS: Available on request. Contact publisher for special rates and frequency discounts. Specifications, quantity and shipping instructions will be provided when insert or outsert is ordered.
AGENCY COMMISSIONS: 15% commission allowed to recognized advertising agencies. Agency must submit material conforming to IBI’s submission guidelines, which may be downloaded at Ad Submission Requirements. Typesetting and artwork by IBI will be charged at trade rates and no commission can be taken.
GENERAL REGULATIONS: All advertising is subject to publisher’s approval. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations are not accepted after space reservation closing date. Cover positions are non-cancelable. If a contract advertiser does not supply new copy by due date for materials and copy, publisher will repeat previous advertisement. Advertisers will receive a rebate if within a 12-month period from date of first insertion they have used sufficient additional space to earn a lower rate than that at which they have been billed. Advertisers will be charged back if within a 12-month period from the date of first insertion they did not use the amount of space upon which their billing has been based. All accounts are payable net 30 days. A 1.5% finance fee will be charged to accounts over 30 days. If unpaid bills must be turned over to a collection service or attorney, advertiser will be charged for all related fees and expenses. |
